After purchasing the policy, you will not be covered for claims arising directly or indirectly from:
a) Any medical condition for which a medical practitioner has advised you not to travel (or would have done so had you sought their advice), but you still travel despite this advice.
b) Any surgery, treatment, or investigations for which you intend to travel to receive, including expenses incurred due to the discovery of other medical conditions during or complications arising from these procedures.
c) Any medical condition for which you are not taking the recommended treatment or prescribed medication as directed by a medical practitioner.
d) Travelling against health requirements stipulated by the carrier, their handling agents, or any other public transport provider.
e) Any medical condition you are aware of but have not yet received a diagnosis at the time of purchasing the policy.
f) Any medical condition affecting you unless declared and accepted by us, and shown on your policy certificate.
g) Any medical condition affecting a close relative, or a colleague that could reasonably be expected to result in a claim on this policy.
