If you have a diagnosed condition for which you receive routine follow up reviews, tests or scans with a medical professional we’ll normally be able to provide cover so long as you declare and pay any relevant premium to cover the medical condition.
If however you’ve been been sent for a non-routine appointment, test or scan, meaning one that has been requested due to your personal circumstance (for example a new growth, unexpected blood results from a routine test etc) then we’ll be unable to provide cover until the investigation into your new symptoms has been completed.
