If you have a diagnosed condition for which you receive routine follow-up reviews, tests or scans with a medical professional, we’ll normally be able to provide cover so long as you declare and pay any relevant premium to cover the medical condition.
If however you’ve been sent for a non-routine appointment, test or scan, meaning one that has been requested due to your personal circumstance (for example a new growth, unexpected blood results from a routine test etc) then we’ll be unable to provide cover until the investigation into your new symptoms has been completed.
