If these tests are not due to an underlying medical condition, and the doctors don’t suspect of any underlying condition, then we can offer a quote and you do not need to declare it.
If however, the doctors suspect that there is an underlaying medical condition causing the infertility and further investigation or treatment is planned, we are not a suitable provider.
Examples of ‘infertility due to an underlying medical condition’ could include an endocrine disorder, hormone imbalance, diabetes, injury, hernia repair, prostate cancer.
