If you update your medical declaration online within the cooling-off period but fail to complete the process, your policy will be temporarily be voided until you complete the process. This means the policy will be invalid until further action is taken.
To resolve this, you have two options:
Proceed with medical screening by declaring your missing medical conditions and paying the relevant premium (if applicable).
Cancel your policy with a full refund.
If no action is taken, you will receive an email reminder after 7 days and thereafter if no action is taken, the policy will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.
